A small business with finances scattered across too many tools
Most small businesses and software houses manage finances in several disconnected places at once: a spreadsheet, a separate invoicing app, bank CSV exports, contract settlements buried in email and an accountant who sees the data with a monthly delay. We had the same problem. That is why we built our own lightweight financial system — with KSeF, contracts and payroll support — which we use every day to run the company. Now we offer it to companies looking for a solution of this class, ready for mandatory KSeF, without a heavy and expensive ERP.

You run the entire flow of documents and financial data in one system, with metrics updated continuously — no waiting until month-end.
Issue or import invoices
Issue invoices directly to KSeF, import invoices from KSeF and PDF files, or create them manually with line items and VAT rates.
Import bank statements
Upload a bank statement in CSV, and the system automatically matches operations to invoices to show actual settlement of receivables and payables.
Settle contracts and payroll
Manage contracts (employment, mandate, B2B), annexes and settlement entries — payroll, social insurance and taxes — linked with invoices and transactions.
Analyze and ask AI
The dashboard calculates KPIs, the schedule keeps track of payments, and the AI assistant generates summaries, tables and charts from your data on demand.

A list of cost and sales invoices in multiple currencies (PLN, EUR, USD), with paid percentage, bulk actions and one-click KSeF synchronization.

Full invoice view: line items, PDF preview and download, a Polish payment QR code and linked bank transactions settling the payment.
Contracts, annexes and payroll settlements
Employment, mandate and B2B contracts with annexes and settlement entries (salary, social insurance, tax), settlement status and links to invoices and transactions.
Bank statement import and automatic matching
Import statements, filter operations by account and date, view the current balance, and the system automatically links transactions to invoices. Matches can be adjusted manually when needed.
Counterparties with full history
A counterparty card brings together company data (tax ID, address), linked invoices, assigned employees and documents in one place.
Employees and employment forms
A clear employee directory with employment forms (B2B, employment contract, mandate contract, internship), roles, status and contact details.
Calendar and deadlines in one place
Payment deadlines and company events in monthly or weekly view, with iCal and Google Calendar integration.
